That baby elephant has never lived without its mother. He stayed with his mother 24 hours a day. Eating with mother, sleeping next to mother - always stayed by mother's side. He used to walk for miles in the forest with his mother. His mother used to pluck the banana-root from the tree and eat it. Why did that mother's body fall to the ground face down like this? Faced with such a question, the baby elephant started pushing the mother with its trunk. The 7-year-old cub is pleading again and again in a shrill voice - get up, mother, he is hungry. Everyone in the party went away. won't you go mom? But the mother is frozen - there is no response. Death overcame the cub's mother. But that stupid animal does not know or understand anything.

The incident took place in Jabaladah forest of Belpahari range in Jharkhand border, India. This tragic scene was seen last Thursday morning. The dead bodies of the mother elephant are lying in the deep forest. And the grieving little cub is standing by the mother's body. The trunk is constantly crawling on the mother's body. The villagers saw this scene while collecting wood in the forest and informed the forest officials. Then the forest personnel along with the veterinarian reached the spot.

It is known that a group of 6 elephants were passing through that area after the death of the mother elephant, the remaining 4 elephants left but only the cub. Day and night he keeps his mother. Meanwhile, the forest workers could not even go near the dead body of the mother elephant for the cub. At the end of the day, night came and the cub never left its mother. Later on Friday morning, the forest workers again appeared in the Jabladah forest and after a long effort, they managed to move the baby elephant away from the dead elephant.

Local residents told the media that the child did not move a single step for two days after leaving the mother's body. On the other hand, people were shouting even more. From time to time the mother was crawling on her body. After hearing about the incident, the people of the area gathered in a crowd and were distressed to see such a sight of the calf. But still no one can do anything.
