The work of the film started in March 2012, but the production of the film was stopped for a long time. The work of this film was stuck for two long years due to the schedule of director and actor Shakib Khan not matching properly. The film is scheduled to release on Eid-ul-Fitr, but before that, 'Dui Prithibh' will hit the theaters on May 29 - this is what its production company has said.

Apart from Shakib Khan, Apu Biswas and Ahana, produced under the banner of Tanthi Kathachitra, the film also stars Alamgir, Abul Hayat, Kazi Hayat, Aliraj, Diti, Dolly Zahoor, Mizu Ahmed, Misha Saudagar, Sadek Bachchu, Shiva Shanu, Rasheda Chowdhury, Ilyas Kobra and others.

In this context, the film's director FI Manik said, 'Actually, our film is going through many kinds of problems. There are also many obstacles in the release of the film. Although the film is supposed to be released on the Eid of Ramadan, suddenly the film is released next week. The reason for this is that after a few days when fasting starts, no new film will be released. I can't release the film even on Eid. We are bringing such a star-studded film in front of the audience, whose budget is also very high.

FI Manik said, 'Despite this, I believe the audience will accept the film well. Because the audience knows what kind of films FI Manik makes. Many of these films will be released on the upcoming Eid.

It is to be noted that the present day popular actor Shakib Khan and a popular TV actress Ahana are hoping that the film will be especially important to the audience.
