You must first get a visa for higher education in the USA and take help from the American Center for University Selection. There are 5 steps to pursue higher education in USA. But each step is quite time consuming. But you need to take some steps for this. First check if all your documents are correct. Then follow the steps as per the rules for visa application.
Step: One
First you need to see what is your education background in Bangladesh? Which degree do you want to apply for?
What you need to know for Admission & Visa:
Whether # has a strong academic background.
# whether there is good financial support or not.
# Have good command of English language or not.
For Master's degree program (MS):
You have 16 years of education in Bangladesh with a degree equivalent to a US bachelor's degree, or you have a B.Sc. Degree must be, or you must have an MBBS degree.
To go to graduate program (BSc):
You must have at least 12 years of primary and secondary schooling in Bangladesh or an equivalent degree of SSC and HSC.
Step: Two
The test scores you will need are:
TOEFL (You can also apply with IELTS)

What is Right Choice Making:
There are over 4,500 colleges and universities in the USA. Searching the Internet sites of each of the 4,500 universities is nearly impossible. There are various methods of university selection such as:
# Does the university you apply to offer a good degree program in your field of interest? Check the ranking for this.
# How competitive is it? That is, for the job market you have to see it.
# will have to see how the tuition fee will be.
# how big is the school. (physical size or student population)?
Also check whether # offers financial aid or not.
# where is it located? That is, while looking at the location, you have to see whether the state offers in-state tuition or not, and you also need to know the living cost.
Is # university accredited? (check accreditation at http://www.chea.org) should know that too.
How to Search for Universities on the Internet:
There are some websites where you can get a good ranking of colleges and universities. You can search by subject, location, international student ratio or other characteristics of the institution on this website (http://www.princetonreview.com).
Step: Four
Things to research about university selection:
1 First you need to select 15/20 universities by looking at TP5T website or with some other help.
# then check the application requirements of those universities.
# Also need to know what kind of funding the university offers in your subject.
# professors' research profiles also need to be looked at.
# Contact professors by e-mail if possible.
# Try to find out if there are any Bangladeshis in that university. If you find a Bangladeshi, you can easily know the details by contacting them.
# then fill up the online application form.
The process is a longer one. Must start at least one year prior to class start date. Most US universities start taking students in August/September. But the university deadline is usually from January to March.
Step: Five
How to Apply:
Choose to formally apply to at least 4 to 6 schools. Send the complete application form, along with other required documents directly to the college or university marksheet.
However, you must ensure that you follow each school's application deadline completely. But send your application package at least 2/3 months before each university's deadline. In that case you will get funding easily.
Required documents will usually include your university's original certificates and mark sheets, test scores, letters of recommendation, application fees, and supporting documents that you have enough money to pay for your education and living expenses.
You will get an offer/rejection decision from the university within 6 to 8 weeks maximum after sending the documents.
When a university accepts your offer, the university will issue you an I-20. With this I-20, you have to go to the US-embassy for a visa.
