Currently, the Minister of State for Women and Children. Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury was born on October 6, 1966. His father, Rafiqullah Chowdhury, a prominent figure in Chatkhil, Noakhali district, was a Jandarel CSP officer. Later he became Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh.
