On August 17, Shakib Khan took part in the shooting of the film 'Raja 420' at FDC's Karitala. Omar Sunny, Kabila and Mizu Ahmed are also participating in the shoot along with Shakib Khan. Apu Biswas, the heroine of the film 'Raja 420', participated in the shooting from 18th. On this day shooting was done in Pubail and Aftabnagar.

Director Uttam Akash said, 'Because of our social position, we see many people being cheated. Many are losing everything in the clutches of Malam Party. This film will be depicted with such real stories of the society. We will go to Rangamati to shoot the song of the film early next month. Fast work in progress. There are plans to release the film this year.

There are 5 songs in the movie 'Raja 420'. The songs are penned by Kabir Bakul and Uttam Akash. The song 'O Amar Raja' from almost three decades ago will also be used in this film. Murad and Saadi Zaman are composing the music for the film.

It should be noted that the work of 'Raja 420' film started on March 3 this year at a shooting house in Hatirjheel, Dhaka. Apart from Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas under Ma Kathachitra's banner, 'Raja 420' also stars Rabina Barshi, Sadek Bachchu, Kabila, Kamal Patekar and others.
