After 9 years, Salma gave her voice to Eamon's tune

The Dhaka Times Desk After 9 long years, Close-up One star Moushumi Akhtar Salma gave her voice to a song composed by composer and music director Shaukat Ali Imon.

It is known that the recording of this song was completed recently at Eamon's VeloCD studio in Moghbazar. This song is written by Kabir Bakul. Earlier in 2006, Salma had sung Eamon's tune after the Close Up One competition. A full solo album of Salma's tunes was also released at that time. The songs of this album named 'Binodini' are very popular. After that Shaukat Ali Imon and Salma both got busy in their respective music worlds. Also Salma took a break due to marriage, children and family reasons. His work with Eamon was not done due to various reasons.

Now after 9 long years this popular singer Salma sang in the tune of Eamon. He will release this folk song with the lyrics 'Hayre paran bandhu amar kai, haire dhare hai surey' as a single with a music video very soon.

Shaukat Ali Emon said, 'Salma was a child 9 years ago. Now he is a mature artist. I don't understand how the days pass. I recorded one of his songs again after so many years in my studio. It is a modern folk song. I hope everyone will like it.'

Moushumi Akhter Salma also told the media in her response, 'After a long time I sang in the tune of Eman Bhai. I feel very good. This is a song written by Kabir Bakul bhai. All in all a very good song. But I believe that the audience will like this song very much.
