The Dhaka Times Desk The release of 'Rana Plaza' has been stalled again. Meanwhile, Parimoni, the actress of the film which has repeatedly caused disaster in the release, said in her response, 'Amar Khali Kanna Mahi'.
'Rana Plaza' is the first film of the most talked about actress Pariman's acting career. The director of the film is Nazrul Islam Khan. The actress has high hopes for the film. But release is not possible due to repeated changes in date. Parimoni is very upset about this. He said, 'I am crying! As the film's release date has been pushed back, I can't hold back my tears.'
Parimoni said, 'For me 'Rana Plaza' is not just a film. It is a place I love a lot. Many memories and pains of my life are associated with this film. When I heard the news of the film's release, my journalist friends at the press conference wanted to know my feelings, but my eyes just shed tears. I can't stop crying just thinking about this picture. For me 'Rana Plaza' is really a different kind of emotion.'
It is to be noted that the film was cleared on July 11 with the verdict of the High Court after being stuck in the Censor Board for almost eight months. After that, the release date of the film was fixed on September 4. But Sirajul Islam, president of Bangladesh National Garment Workers Employees League, filed a writ petition in the High Court on August 20, complaining that it showed various scary scenes. After the hearing on August 24, the High Court imposed a 6-month ban on the screening and broadcasting of the film in theaters at home and abroad or in any other medium. Due to which the release of the film was delayed. Later, the film's producer Shamima Akhtar went to the Appellate Division against the High Court's order. Disposing of his plea, a 4-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha stayed the ban of the High Court on September 6. That's why the new release date of 'Rana Plaza' is finalized on September 11. The Supreme Court chamber court on September 10 again gave a status quo on the exhibition and broadcast of 'Rana Plaza' till September 14. Due to this, the release of the film is again uncertain.
