An Indian court has ordered the return of Noor Hossain, the prime accused in the sensational Narayanaganj 7 murders, to Bangladesh. An Indian court on Friday ordered Noor Hussain to be sent back to Bangladesh within two months. The court gave this order when the police applied to the court there to send Noor Hossain, who was arrested on charges of illegal entry, back to Bangladesh due to the pending arrest warrant of Interpol.
In April 2014, Narayanganj City Corporation Councilor Nazrul Islam, lawyer Chandan Sarkar and 7 people were kidnapped and killed after fleeing to India. A case was then filed against him under the Passport Act of India. Last year, on August 18, Baguiati Thana Police issued a charge sheet in that case.
