Bangladesh got off to a great start in the first T20 on Friday at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur. Mashrafe dismissed Sikandar Raja in the 1st over. Chakabva fell victim to Al-Amin before opening the run book in the second over. In the 3rd over, Mashrafe hit again. This time Chigumbura was out for zero runs. Zimbabwe is under pressure after losing 3 wickets for 10 runs. 28 runs for the 4th wicket came from the bat of Williams-Irvine. Williams lost 4 wickets for 38 runs as Nasir got out for 15 runs.
In the end, Zimbabwe were all out for 131 runs in 19.3 overs. Bangladesh's Mashrafe Al-Amin Mustafiz and Zubair took 2 wickets each. Bangladesh captain Mashrafe won the toss and decided to field.
