The Dhaka Times Desk The international terrorist group Islamic State (IS) has threatened to kill Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.
According to media reports, IS supporters released a video threatening to kill the two social media chiefs for accusing them of aiding the fight against terrorism.
In the 25-minute video, it can be seen that the two leaders of the technology world are being held in abeyance after threatening to kill them.
The Middle East-based militant group threatened to kill the two popular social media chiefs after Facebook and Twitter removed some accounts that incite violence and terrorism.
In the video, it is seen that the hackers are using Facebook and accounts to promote the Islamic State. Besides, it is claimed in the video that 10,000 Facebook accounts and 150 pages and 5,000 Twitter accounts have been hacked.
The video says, 'Mark and Jack, the founders of Facebook and Twitter. Our message to their crusader government is that many of our accounts are being deleted every day. If one of our accounts is deleted - we will take control of 10 accounts in retaliation. Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey have been threatened with death, saying that we will delete your names soon after the murder.
