UK police kept a dog in a cage for 2 years. This dog named Stella was arrested in 2014. Since then it has been kept in a cage (3 feet by 9 feet) in Devon.

Police in Devon and Cornwall declined to give specific reasons why the dog could not be walked outside. The police only said that the dog is very dangerous.

Police in Cornwall say the dog has been impounded under a security law. Then the behavior of the dog is observed for 2 years.
