According to the news, college students are selling their eggs to fertility clinics in the Indian state of Telangana to earn two handfuls of food. Doing such action without any health awareness. According to the news of Anandabazar newspaper, college students are coming to these clinics mainly in the clutches of brokers. They do not even know, day after day without any proper procedure or protection, how much serious damage is caused to their health due to the sale of eggs!

According to the news, these girls are mainly residents of Debarkonda, tribal dominated areas of Mehbubnagar, Waranangan and Karimnagar areas of Telangana's Nalgonda district. Poverty is the daily companion of the people of these regions. On top of that, the recent prolonged drought has exacerbated the misery. Due to which the young girls are easily lured into this profession completely illegally. And this work is done by the brokers of various fertility clinics.

It is also said in the news that those fertility clinics are very 'high nose' in the selection of egg donors. Scrutiny is going on by looking at skin color, physical structure, health and even family background. Not only that, but in a bid to get more eggs in a short period of time, they are showing a thumb to the law and giving various hormonal injections to these egg donors. Various drugs are being fed, which experts consider to be a serious threat to health.

One such college student, who did not wish to be named, said that only 10,000 rupees went into their pockets after a month. Risking their lives, these college students come to this profession and are making such amazing earnings.

Due to unscientific continuous hormone therapy these students are having a serious effect on their bodies. They may have life-threatening problems during future motherhood.' A doctor of Maxcure Hospital in Telangana made such a comment to the media.
