The bird you are seeing in the picture is the blue bird of heaven. This bird looks very beautiful. The blue bird of heaven whose English name is Blue Bird of Paradise (Paradisaea rudolphi).
We all agree that such a beautiful bird really belongs in heaven. So perhaps the bird is named the blue bird of heaven. Tim Laman, a famous photographer in the world, took the picture of this incredibly beautiful bird from Papua New Guinea. Many thanks to him for the picture.
