We know cow is given the most respect in Hinduism. Hindus call the cow as Gau'mata. Since children grow up eating cow's milk, they love cows like their own mothers. So they worship cows at different times. Now the signs of love appeared in the textbook!
According to the news of India Times, recently there was a lot of criticism about the biography of the first Prime Minister of India, Jaharlal Nehru, from the eighth grade textbook in India. However, this time in Rajasthan, India, a work written by a cow is being printed in the textbook. This text is attached in the form of a letter in the fifth class textbook.
In that text, the cow said to the students, 'My daughters and sons'. In the letter, the cow further addressed her children, 'I give each individual strength, intelligence, long life, health, happiness and prosperity. Those who understand my importance and consider me as their mother, I love them as my children.' A very large picture of a cow is also printed there.
Contribution of cow to society is also listed. It says, 'I am giving a touch of life in the form of milk, butter and ghee. My children are being helped by the production of medicines, fertilizers and pesticides from my excrement. I am also helping in agriculture by pulling the plough. I am doing the work of purifying the environment through my breath.'
India's cow minister said about the letter, 'Through this letter, awareness about cows will increase among children.'
