Motorcycles are banned!

The Dhaka Times Desk Motorcycles are going to be banned in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The country is planning to make this initiative successful within the next 10 years.

BBC reports that the initiative is being taken as part of a plan to free the city from excessive traffic. The country's local government wants to see Hanoi become a motorcycle-free city by 2025. According to Thanh Nien News website, the streets of Vietnam's capital are excessively congested.

In addition to 500,000 cars, 500,000 cars are constantly plying on this road. Day by day this situation is getting worse. The authorities claim that by the year 2020, the number of motorbikes here will be 7 million!
