PayPal is launching in Bangladesh from next month

The Dhaka Times Desk State-owned Sonali Bank Limited has signed an agreement with PayPal, an international online transaction system. That is why PayPal service is going to be available in Bangladesh from next month.

For a long time there was a demand to start the service of PayPal in Bangladesh. The long-standing demand is finally going to be fulfilled.

It is known that an officer at the level of Deputy General Manager signed this agreement on behalf of Sonali Bank. On behalf of Sonali Bank, the draft agreement was signed and sent to PayPal's headquarters first. It is also known that the agreement was signed on behalf of PayPal from there.

The concerned officials of Sonali Bank said that under the agreement, it will be possible to bring expatriate income, especially the income of freelancers in the information technology sector, to the country very easily and safely through PayPal. Before signing the contract, its feasibility is verified in Bangladesh by the international service provider.

Acting Managing Director of Sonali Bank. Abdur Rob said, PayPal will start this service from next month. He mentioned that this agreement is being completed due to the initiative of the government.
