This is because the actress wore vermilion in a serial named 'Krishnadasi' despite being a Muslim in person. Some fanatical Muslims are stuck in this! Various statuses have been given against him.

Someone even threatened her that she would go to hell for wearing sindoor. Many even called Sana Amin 'non-Muslim' and 'Hindu' for wearing 'vermilion' in their comments!

But Sana Amin refuses to pay attention to these criticisms. He also responded to such reactions of fans in a harsh manner. In a post on Facebook, Sana Amin explained the matter with logic.

Throwing questions to those critics, Sana Amin said, I wish I was wearing vermilion, will that reduce my Muslimness? Moreover, my grandmother and mother also wear Mangalsutra, so have they become Hindus?

Even if you do bad deeds, you will go to heaven. And because of wearing a little vermilion, God will put me in hell? Is that right?
