Update News: How to Know HSC and Equivalent Exam Results

The average pass rate of the 2016 exam is 74.70. 58 thousand 276 people got GPA-5. Last year (2015) the average pass rate for HSC and equivalent examinations was 69.60 percent. 42 thousand 894 people got GPA-5 last year. This time girls are ahead in terms of passing.

How to know the result on mobile:

As usual, students can know the results of HSC and equivalent exams by SSM from any mobile.

For this, write HSC with a space, write the first three letters of the board, write the roll number with a space, write 2016 with a space and send an SMS to 16222. Result will be informed in return SMS.

To know the results of Alim, write Alim with a space, Mad with a space, write the roll number, then write 2016 with a space and send an SMS to 16222. Result will be available on return sms.

To know HSC Vocational Result write HSC then write Tec with space then write roll number with space write 2016 with space and send SMS to 16222. Result will be informed in return SMS.

The educational institutions will be notified of the results by e-mail.

To recheck the result:

Re-verification of HSC and equivalent results can be requested from state-owned mobile operator Teletalk from August 19 to 25.

To apply for re-verification of the result, write RSC, write the first three letters of the board name with a space, write the roll number with a space, and write the subject code with a space to 16222.

The return SMS will contain a PIN number (Personal Identification Number-PIN) indicating how much will be deducted towards the fee.

If you agree to the application, write RSC, write YES with a space, write PIN number with a space, then write a mobile number for communication with a space and send an SMS to 16222.

Charges will be deducted at the rate of 150 taka for each subject and each paper.

A total fee of Tk 300 for the two papers will be required to apply for re-auditing of the results of subjects which have two papers (1st and 2nd paper).

Multiple subjects can be applied for in the same SMS, in this case the subject codes should be entered alternately with 'commas'.

This year 12 lakh 18 thousand 628 students participated in the HSC examination. Among these:

10 lakh 20 thousand 109 people in HSC.
91 thousand 591 Alims under Madrasa Board.
1 lakh 2 thousand 132 people under technical board.
4 thousand 796 in DIBS (Diploma in Business Studies).

This examination will be held in 2 thousand 452 centers in a total of 8 thousand 533 educational institutions. 262 candidates have participated in 7 centers abroad this time.
