The Dhaka Times Desk Both parents are equal to the child. And if those parents are not together then the life of the children becomes miserable. That's why a girl brought her parents together after 22 years!

The two were at opposite ends in disbelief and pride. Not even one day or two days long 22 years! One was in Laxmipur and the other in Cox's Bazar. At this distance, their daughter Ayesha Siddika (23) was deprived of her father's affection from the age of one year.
On the afternoon of September 21, the college girl Ayesha finally broke the wall of pride of her parents! Ayesha got her father Siddique Ullah (50) back!
It is revealed that Siddique Ullah, a resident of Char Zangalia village of Hazirhat Union of Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur, got married to Rahima Khatun, a resident of Cox's Bazar in 1993. After one year of marriage, daughter Ayesha was born in their house. After two years, a wall of mistrust and arrogance built up between them. At one point, Siddique moved to Lakshmipur leaving behind his daughter and wife. He married again and started a family. However, Rahima Khatun spent 22 years waiting for her husband with her daughter Ayesha.
Daughter Ayesha Siddika grows up and understands what happens to the family when her parents are not together. So to get her father back, she took the shelter of Cox's Bazar Law Help Centre. In this context, through Kamalnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mohammad Mahbubul Alam Majumdar and Hazirhat Junior Parishad (UP) Chairman Nizam Uddin, daughter Ayesha got her father back. And, wife Rahima Khatun got her husband back.
Daughter Ayesha said, I got my father back after 22 years, I always want my parents together, I don't want to lose anyone. Rahima Khatun wanted to say something but couldn't because of tears of joy. Father Siddique Ullah said, I believed that one day I will find my daughter.
