According to CNN news, Hawkings said, due to several reasons including nuclear weapons, climate change, increasing the power of robots, people may not be able to survive on this earth for the next 1000 years.
Hawkings said this at a meeting of the Oxford University Union in the United Kingdom at the beginning of the week. According to him, within 1,000 years, we will have a chance to survive only if we can make habitation on planets outside the Earth.
Hawking said that while the risk of major natural disasters on Earth has decreased, it will increase over time. In the next 1000 to 10000 years, people will have to leave the earth. That is why scientist Stephen Hawking mentioned that we should leave Earth and spread to other stars.
