Pati Hudhud is an exceptionally designed bird

A really exceptionally designed bird is this Leaf Hudhud. The bird will look like a picture painted on canvas.

Upupa epops English name: Eurasian Hoopoe. It is a medium-sized rare bird belonging to the Eupupidae family. This bird is a native bird of Bangladesh. This bird can be seen all over the country.

I. U. C. N. This species has been declared as Least Concern. They are considered Least Concern in Bangladesh. This species is protected under the Wildlife Act of Bangladesh.

Hudhud birds are about 31 cm in length and weigh 65 grams. Male and female birds look similar. Face, throat and chest orange-yellow or reddish-orange. This bird has white and black stripes on its wings. The head has a beautiful comb which is orange in color. During the breeding season, the male bird tries to attract his mate by displaying combs like flowers.
