China gave Pakistan 2 warships 'gift'!

Gadar city is located in Balochistan province of Pakistan. Next to this port-city is the Arabian Sea. Gadar's significance as 'CPEC', i.e. 'China-Pakistan Economic Corridor'. This port is a key location in the 'Economic Corridor' of China and Pakistan. Gadar port is established as a very important junction of China's 'One Road, One Belt' plan.

Work on Gadar Port started on 14 November 2016. However, in 2015, Pakistan 'leased' this port to China for 43 years. According to the terms of this lease, China will see all the activities of Gadar port till 2059.

According to media reports, China came up with this 'One Road, One Belt' project mainly for business. As part of this came the idea of 'Maritime Silk Road'. There is no disagreement between the two countries that Pakistan's Gadar port will be very fruitful in the future of this business relationship.

So the question is, what is the need for warships in business relations? Why did China give two such ships 'gift' to Pakistan? Pakistan Navy Vice Admiral Arifullah Hussain was present at Gadar port to welcome the ships named 'Hingol' and 'Basal' after the two rivers of Pakistan. His speech to all those present at the event was just like this - Pakistan's navy has become stronger thanks to these two ships provided by China.

According to the 'CPEC' project, although Hingol and Basal are warships, their main responsibility is to protect these waterways! Not only that, there are reports that China will give two more ships named Dasat and Zhob to Pakistan.
