According to media reports, a man named astronaut Scott Kelly was in space for more than a year. His brother Mark Kelly was among those to greet Scott when he returned to Earth after spending 382 days in space. NASA scientists were shocked to see the two brothers side by side. Scott and Mark are twin brothers. But Scott, who had spent time in space, looked quite a bit younger than Mark. This is not supposed to happen. Even a year ago, there was no difference between the two twin brothers.

Scientists did not sit idly by the matter. Scientists began to study the genes of the two. In the human body, there is a small packet-like object at the end of the chromosome. which contains the cell's DNA. The age impression can be detected by looking at the size of the object like that packet. As time passes, the packet shrinks and becomes smaller. In Scott's case, the opposite is true. That is, after returning from space, the size of the packets carrying DNA in Scott's body was not smaller, but increased!

However, the amount of this packet depends largely on one's diet and lifestyle, the researchers said. The more moderate the calorie intake and exercise, the later aging occurs. Keeping this information in mind, a large number of scientists have dismissed the theory of age reduction by going to space. Their argument is that Scott has eaten calorically measured meals in space over the past year.
Moreover, physical exercise is required in space. The combination of these two basically makes Scott look younger than his twin brother.

But Rakesh Sharma, India's only novice, is not willing to accept the story of age reduction. He spent 8 days in space in 1984.
