Jamila, a female customer of that bank, recorded the video of the incident on her mobile phone and said that this incident highlighted the discrimination. The woman said she was wearing a sweater and a hijab on her head because it was Friday. A man at the bank asked her to remove her hijab.

It should be noted that a signboard in this bank clearly states that wearing hats, head coverings and sunglasses is prohibited.
