Such an incident happened in a village in Uttar Pradesh, India. Such information has been given by the country's central government to comply with the ration card! That village is Kangsa village in Gurpur, Allahabad, India. And the villagers accepted that as truth.
It is known that all 10,000 residents of Kangsa village have their date of birth on January 1 in their ration cards. A teacher of the local government primary school went to that village to register the ration card numbers of the students. He was the first to notice this phenomenon.
