The Dhaka Times Desk 31-year-old Malaysian Thian Si Shien can sing the national anthems of 112 countries. Even though he knows only Malay and English, he has memorized songs in so many languages!
Cheyenne claims he can sing 112 national anthems almost in perfect tune. He also learned the South African national anthem, which is basically sung in five different languages. However, he had to gain a lot of speed to catch Danish and Arabic tunes. However, French, Spanish and German are a bit easier for Thien Si Xien.
Cheyenne is still collecting and learning new national anthems. Because, he wants to learn the national anthem of each country of the five continents. He has also won many friends around the world for this special skill. Cheyenne studied in the UK, where she made friends with students from many other countries.
Despite having no formal training in singing, he has the ability to master tunes by ear. He has an IQ of 176, which is at or near the 'super-gifted' level. Maybe that's why he was able to remember songs and tunes in so many languages.
It is known that Cheyen is working as a legal consultant in an oil and gas company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He said, while learning the national anthem, he got to know many things about history. For example, the composer of the national anthems of India and Bangladesh is the same person - the poet Rabindranath Tagore.
The only continent left is Antarctica, whose national anthem Cheyenne has yet to learn. But he wants to get it.
