India won the heated Bangladesh-India match

The Dhaka Times Desk India finally won the heated Bangladesh-India match. But unfortunately the Tigers could not build any resistance in the game.

After a sudden collapse in batting, India won the match by a huge margin of 9 wickets in flawless bowling and Pakistan's opponent in the final. Virat Kohli's Indian team beat Bangladesh undefeated in the Champions Trophy semi-finals. The Champions Trophy campaign ended with the loss of this semi-final match for the Tigers.

Batting on a target of 265 runs, India made an opening pair of 87 runs. Tiger captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza brought the first break through despite the disappointment. Shikhar Dhawan who scored 46 runs was caught by Mosaddek Hossain. Playing this innings, he overtook Tamim Iqbal to score the highest run of the tournament. And captain Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma's unbroken second wicket stand of 178 runs led India to victory.
