Bangladeshi director made world's longest movie [Trailer]

The Dhaka Times Desk Director Ashraf Shishir has finally produced his 21-hour-long film “Amra Ekta Cinema Banabo” after working on it for over 8 years. A film of this length has never been produced in the world before.

According to information from Wikipedia, "Rezan" is the longest movie ever made in the world. The length of this movie made in 1987 is 14 hours and 33 minutes. The shooting of this movie, made with around 4000 artists and technicians, was done in Ishwardi, a village near the Padma river. The story of the movie revolves around a rural area in the context of post liberation war. The story of the movie revolves around a few individuals who come forward with the dream of using film as a tool to defeat the rise of anti-independence in the country. The movie is completely black and white. According to the producer sources, there is a plan to release the film in 8 parts, i.e. 8 parts, on the big screens of the country and abroad.
