Materials

• # Boneless Beef Cubed 1kg
• # coconut powder 2 tbsp
• # cumin powder 2 tbsp
• # garam masala powder 1 tbsp
• # coriander powder 1 tbsp
• # chili powder 3 tbsp
• # dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
• # coriander leaves 40 g
• # Mint leaves 40 grams
• # Chilli 4
• # Ginger (whole) 10 g
• # Garlic (whole) 10 g



prepared method

First mix all the ingredients together and make mincemeat. Then it should be filled with smoke and baked in a coal oven. Turn frequently to avoid burning. After doing this for a while, take it down and arrange it on the table and serve it. Naan or tandoor will be very fun with this chic kabar.
