This brain stress also increases the risk of diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol. Now surely you don't have to understand that mobile is making our life much easier on the one hand, it is also slowly pushing people to the face of death.

Now the question may come how to escape from it. In the current situation, it is impossible to spend a day without a mobile phone. So there is no option but to take some precautions. For example, never use mobile in the dark. Doing so will cause serious eye damage.

Do not use mobile before going to sleep. Also, go to the settings and keep the brightness of the mobile skin slightly lower, it will reduce the effect of blue light.

In some mobile phones, you will see that there is an option called 'light reduction', if you turn it on, you will see that the brightness of the screen will decrease a lot. Another thing you need to keep in mind is to try to reduce the use of mobile phones as much as possible. This will reduce the risk of damage to some extent.

You should never use Tana Mobile. Instead, take your eyes off the mobile screen for a few minutes every now and then. For example, if you use mobile for 20 minutes, rest your eyes for 20 seconds. This will reduce the risk of dry eye.
