It is known that several months ago the shooting of Shakib Khan starrer Chalbaaz in Kolkata and SK Movies in Kolkata was stopped. Such a situation arose out of a controversy. There was a problem with the number of technicians. The Federation of Cine Technicians and Works of Eastern India was involved in direct conflict with the production company.

Mahiya Mahi stars in SK's other film 'Tumi Tort Amar'. Now he is not able to give a date after the shooting failed. SK has faced huge losses.

For now, the production house is planning to go abroad again on September 3 to shoot for 'Chalbaaz'. So that the problem does not arise again, SK resorted to the court before that.

SK has filed a case against the Federation, West Bengal Motion Pictures Artists' Forum and Eastern India Motion Pictures Association (Impa) seeking to prevent the shooting from being cancelled. Apart from this, SK has also demanded Tk 3 crore as compensation.

Ashok Dhanuka, the leader of the organization, told Anandalok of Kolkata, "The complaint about me is that I never look after the interests of the technicians." I have proof that I have spent Rs 10 crore in the last four years just paying technicians. If there is any benefit to the industry by canceling me, then so be it. But I can say this much that if necessary, I will take a technician from abroad, not even a technician from the federation."

Ashok Dhanuka's statement is that the cast of 'Chalbaaz' will go abroad, that too will remain a secret. Shakib Khan and Subhasreer were supposed to play the leads in this film. It is possible that the cast itself may change. This is now considered to be the biggest 'rice' of ESK.''
