One such incident happened in Germany. There, an owner of an expensive sports car sued a donkey and won.
The man, Markus Jahn, parked his expensive McLaren Spyder sports car near a stable in Vogelsburg in September last year.
On returning, he found the rear of the car trying to chew someone up. Later he realized that this work was also done by a hungry donkey named Vitus of the stable!
Local police believe that the donkey may have mistaken the orange car for a giant carrot. Then the owner of that car filed a case demanding compensation from the owner of the donkey.
In the judgment of that case, the court ordered the owner of Vitus to pay 6800 dollars in damages. The owner of the donkey said that he will appeal against this verdict. His argument is that Vitus was not at fault in this incident.
He said, the owner of the car should not have parked this car worth 3 lakh 10 thousand Euros next to the stable.
