Social media Facebook has started working with new security features to ensure the security and identity of users' accounts. In a recent report, TechCrunch said, facial recognition facility may be added to this medium for account recovery. However, it has been reported that this feature of Facebook will be available only on phones which currently have this feature.
However, Facebook currently has several means for account recovery. One of these is to identify photos of friends. Besides, Facebook has also added a feature called 'Trusted Friends' through which Facebook will send a recovery code to the friend previously identified as 'Trusted Friend' in the account, through which it will be possible to recover the account.
Facebook is currently working on a device for video chat. This device can recognize the user's face. But many believe, it can be used to monitor the user.
However, there is no word yet on when the device will be available in the market.
