Meanwhile, Babunagari has been kept in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) due to the deterioration of his physical condition. He was admitted to the CCU after suffering a sudden heart attack last Monday. He was earlier taken to the cabin from Bardem Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU). However, currently Junaid Babunagari's physical condition is unchanged, said his doctor Zahurul Alam Khan. On the other hand, a medical team of 7 members has been formed to treat Babunagari on Tuesday morning.
It is to be noted that on the night of May 6, the day after the siege of Dhaka on May 5, Hefazte-e-Islami Secretary General Junayed Babu Nagri was arrested by the detective police from Lalbagh area. He was then remanded and questioned. Recently the court released him on bail.
