DNCC official Hemayet Hossain told the media, 'We have given notice to both parties to appear. But here one party has not come yet. So the next date is fixed on 12 February. We will issue another notice. If you do not appear after that, we will issue a third notice. If you still don't show up, the divorce will take effect.
