Artists Rafiqul Alam, Khurshid Alam, Syed Abdul Hadi, Shafiq Tuhin, Mainul Islam Khan, SD Rubel, Prince Mahmud and many others came to bid him farewell for the last time. Before that, prayers were held at Amin Bagh Mosque in Chameli Bagh, Shantinagar.
