Based on 1,000 interviews and 1,000 documents, Ronen wrote the 600-page book called 'Rise and Kill First'.

The book's author told the media that the title of the book 'Rise and Kill First' was chosen from a proverb from ancient Jewish literature. The saying goes, 'If someone comes to kill you, stand back and kill him first.' Ronen Bergman said that the people he interviewed used this proverb to validate their work!

The book 'Rise and Kill First' also reported that after the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001, then US President George W. Bush also adopted many of Israel's strategies. Former President Barack Obama also ordered many operations using the same strategy.
