Chhon (thatched) houses are no longer seen. This clan house is about to disappear. But once upon a time the tradition of village-Bangla was this chon house.
At present tin or brick houses are more popular. So now this type of house is not seen anymore. However, this house was once the only place for people to stay in the villages. But it is sinking in the abyss of time. Even if you go to the village now, it is difficult to find such clay and mud houses.
