Hitler's bell in the church!

In today's modern Germany, any memory of Adolf Hitler is considered untouchable, but this time there is an exception. A clock has been left in the church to commemorate Hitler.

According to a BBC report, a bell in memory of Hitler is kept in a church in Germany. However, the authorities wanted to remove the bell. The bell has Nazi Hitler's 'Swastika' symbol painted on it. It also reads 'Everything for the Fatherland - Adolf Hitler.'

Many villagers were claiming that they did not want to raise their children under Hitler's watch. The bell was installed in the village church in 1934.

It is known that when there was a debate on the matter, finally, the 'Protestant Church of St. James' of that village in Germany recently voted among the councilors whether to keep the bell or not.
The poll, however, favored keeping the Hitler bell. Recently, 10 councilors voted in favor of keeping the Nazi-era bell in the small village in southwest Germany, with only 3 voting against. So the church authorities rejected the proposal to remove this bell.

The councilors who voted to keep the bell said that the swastika symbol on the bell would remind people of the violence and injustice of that time and encourage people to be non-violent.

After this, several residents protested and called for the bell to be destroyed. A local Protestant church has also offered to pay for a new bell.

This bell has been hanging in that church since 1934. Until now, no one has remembered about the bell. Recently, a former church organist, Sigrid Petters, complained about the writing on the bell. Then the matter came to the notice of all.

Many residents then felt that the bell detracted from the beauty of the church and that its existence would essentially encourage the activities of pro-Nazi groups. However, the other side argues that its removal would cover up the city's history.

It should be noted that the former mayor of this city also had to resign due to the pro-Nazi incident. He said that the Nazi period was not all bad. His comments caused such a backlash that he was eventually forced to resign.
