This 50-year-old Insar Ali has 5 members in his family. The shop has been named Sohana Hotel after the name of Sohana, her youngest daughter in class seven. And the younger son studies in class three. Sometimes these little boys and girls help Insar Ali in the two shops. And Insar Ali cooks with his wife.

Khuder Vaka or Khuder Khichuri, the item for which Insar Ali and his Sohana Hotel are now famous, along with ten varieties of bhartas and eggs.
