In the last morning of March, Arifin Shubo, the popular film actor of Dhakai cinema, announced his departure to Nepal. After that he was out of touch even though he was involved in several business campaigns on Facebook.
He could not be reached on WhatsApp or any other medium. Finally the reason for such disappearance is known. Shuvo himself told the fans that reason through a video message.
It is known that Arifin Shuvo was on a 10-day vipassana meditation (meditation) some distance from the capital of Nepal. This is one of the oldest meditation techniques in India. This meditation originated in India more than two and a half thousand years ago as a way to achieve longevity.
Arifin came to Shubo Live and said that for the last one and a half to two and a half years, I was physically and mentally unstable because I was deeply focused on Bangabandhu's biopic 'Mujib'. Then you know about my mother's surgery... I wanted to get away from it all. I have known about Vipassana meditation for 6-7 years, but it has not been time. It is a 10 days residential course….. Where there is a center, apply and stay there for 10 days. Interestingly, there are some rules; For 10 days you will not be able to talk to anyone, not even to gesture, only to those who will be teachers. This is quite difficult…”
Coming live, Shubo visited the Vipassana Meditation Center in Nepal and told the devotees that he completed the course today (April 12). He will stay in Nepal for two more days.
