The Dhaka Times Desk One of the two ships that disappeared 160 years ago has been found. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the British research vessel that disappeared in the Arctic region has been found.

It is known that in 1845, under the leadership of British Royal Naval Officer Sir John Franklin, 2 ships sailed to the Canadian Arctic Islands for the purpose of mapping the oceanic route 'Northwest Passage' with a group of 129 people.
It is not known exactly which one was found, but it is confirmed by the pictures that the found ship is one of the two missing ships. The ships were lost shortly after setting sail. Which is still a mystery.
The Canadian government began searching for Franklin's two ships in 2008. Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper said in a statement that he was delighted to find one after a long search.
