IUBAT Business Administration Professor Md. Lutfar Rahman presided over the event. Lieutenant Md. Ibn Mujib conducted the main article in the seminar, University of California, Los Angeles, America's assistant professor Dr. Ziaur Rahman.
Professor Dr. in the main article. Ziaur Rahman highlighted the importance of leadership in professional life. He said, in addition to this, if accountability is made mandatory in leadership and if religious teachings are followed, people will be able to build a beautiful world and lawlessness and tyranny will be removed from the world. After reading the article, Professor Dr. Ziaur Rahman answered various questions of teachers and students.
In the speech of the president, Prof. Md. Lutfar Rahman, Prof. Dr. Thanked Ziaur Rahman and gave a speech highlighting the importance of leadership. On behalf of IUBAT Dr. Ziaur Rahman was presented with a cress. The university registrar along with department heads of all departments and teachers and students were present on the occasion.
Note that IUBAT has been contributing to the field of higher education for more than two decades. This institution has been successfully conducting educational programs at its own campus in Uttara.
