A Chinese company named Guizhou Ludia Property Limited has built this fountain in their 350 feet high multi-storied building. The clear water of the fountain is falling from one side of this glass-enclosed building. As a result, there is a rainbow. All in all, it has taken the form of a heavenly fountain. It also made this city known to the whole world. Many people often gather there to see this artificial fountain.
Engineers have to face many problems to construct the artificial spring. 4 huge pumps require a lot of electricity to raise the water 350 feet above the ground. The authorities spend more than $100 per hour on electricity to run the fountain. So the manufacturing company decided to keep the fountain running only on special days.
Some residents of the city commented positively about the fountain. According to them, this artificial fountain has increased the beauty of the city manifold. Along with this, the tourism industry of this city has become more prosperous. But on the other hand, some residents made negative comments. According to them, it is consuming excess electricity in the city.
