The Dhaka Times Desk Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is currently in Saudi Arabia on a four-day visit. He has already held a meeting with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia. A 14-course meal was served in honor of the Prime Minister.
A 14-course meal was hosted for Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Saudi Rajaprasad. Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina held a meeting with King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud on Wednesday before this feast.
According to media reports, when Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived at the palace, King Salman welcomed the Prime Minister from the balcony and took her to the meeting room. After the meeting, the King himself walked and took the Prime Minister to the dining room.
An official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told the media that such warmth and sincerity have never been seen before. The king introduced the prime minister to Arab dishes at the dinner table. The food consisted of soup, beef, chicken, prawns, various desserts and fruit juices.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her entourage are staying at the King Saud Palace in Riyadh. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will perform Umrah during this visit at the invitation of King Salman.
