Tele Samad's daughter Sohela Samad Kakali confirmed the matter to the media.
Kakali said that the hemoglobin in Telly Samad's blood was gradually decreasing. So on the advice of previous doctors, he was again admitted to Bangabandhu Medical Hospital on Wednesday. However, he was shifted to the ICU on Friday after his condition deteriorated further.
Quoting the doctors, Kakali also said that her father has a chest infection. The family is still worried about his well-being. He requested prayers from the countrymen on behalf of Tele Samad's family for his recovery.
It should be noted that Tele Samad, a very powerful and popular comedian of Dhaka film, entered the film industry in 1973 with the film 'Kar Bou'. In the next four decades, Telesamad gained popularity by acting in about 600 films.
