For the readers of The Dhaka Times, there is still winter cake. Today we are talking about winter juice pitha. This pitha is the traditional pitha of our village-Bangla.
First pitha is made from rice flour (dhupi). Then this pita is soaked in date jaggery or juice. Soggy pita is so fun to eat in the morning chill. This pie can be made only during winters. A huge thank you to the photographer for such a beautiful pitha photo this morning.
