According to National Geographic, the eclipse will begin tomorrow (Monday) at 8:36:30 BST and continue until 1:48 PM BST. Central Eclipse will occur at 11:12:16 BST. 'Super Blood Moon' will be seen from Earth. But it cannot be seen from Bangladesh.
Astronomers say that during this eclipse, the surface of the Moon will be seen rising from Earth in a red (bloody) glow. This happens because light emitted from the Earth falls on the dark side of the Moon. This scene is called 'Super Blood Moon'. Since red wavelengths can be spread out more than blue and violet, the moon will be just like a red ball!
Bangladesh Meteorological Department said, this 'super blood moon' will not be seen in Bangladesh. The eclipse will be total in North and South America and partially visible in parts of Western Europe and Northwest Africa, this 'Super Blood Moon'.
According to the website of Bangladesh Meteorological Department, the total lunar eclipse that will be seen again on June 26, 2021.
It is noted that earlier the last total lunar eclipse was seen on July 27, 2018.
