The Dhaka Times Desk A company called Sensor Tower has published the list of the most downloaded apps in the first 3 months of 2019. It shows the most downloaded apps.
WhatsApp is number one in terms of total downloads during this period. In the first 3 months of 2019, this app has been downloaded a total of 22.3 million times worldwide.
According to a published information, TikTok is number one again in terms of total downloads on iOS devices. In the first three months of 2019, this app has been downloaded a total of 3.3 crore times from the App Store.
But WhatsApp is number one in terms of total downloads on Android phones. This popular messaging app has been downloaded a total of 19.9 million times from the Play Store.
Last year i.e. in the last 4 months of 2018, the 4 apps that were on top in terms of downloads have all retained their place in the first 3 months of 2019.
In terms of total downloads worldwide, WhatsApp is number 1. And number 2 is Messenger. which has been downloaded 20.9 crore times. On the other hand, number 3 is TikTok. Number 4 and 5 are Facebook and Instagram respectively.
However, this is the first time Pixart and Birgo have reached the top 20 in terms of total downloads. The first is a photo editing app, the second is a video editing app.
Also in the top 20 in terms of total downloads in January, February and March 2019 are Shareit, YouTube, Like Video, Netflix, Snapchat, Spotify, Hotstar, Uber, Twitter and Amazon.
