As the moon of the holy month of Shawwal was seen in the sky of Bangladesh yesterday (Wednesday, June 5), the holy Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across the country. After a month of fasting, the joy of Eid has spread from house to house. Young and old, rich and poor, everyone offered two rakat Eid prayers in the morning. Various types of cuisine including semai pies, korma polao have been cooked at home. Everyone, young and old, will visit friends and relatives' houses and rejoice after learning new things.
